We are looking for a Full Time/Part Time Scheduler/Customer Service Rep.

Our schedulers are in-house employees who primarily work on scheduling Kitchen Exhaust Hood cleaning appointments.

Answers phones and emails, schedules and confirms appointments, and inputs customer data into company systems . Organizes workflow and appointment by reading and routing correspondence, collecting customer information, and managing assignments.

They’ll usually answer and administer phone calls and emails to help our customers, answer their questions and remind them of upcoming appointments. Schedulers will gather information, make notes in the system and stay on to of making sure we are completing work for our customers. They may also be responsible for performing other basic work duties throughout their shift.

Becoming a Scheduling Coordinator requires strong organizational, communication and multitasking skills as well as knowledge of practices and procedures related to administrative tasks .

Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook is a bonus. We will train. Customer Service experience is necessary. Must be able to pass a background check.
