As a **Security Professional - Commercial Patrol Specialist** in **Chandler, AZ** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a commercial real estate location, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence. You will interact with tenants and visitors, deliver outstanding customer service, and respond to security-related events as needed. **What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and tenants by performing security-related procedures and following site-specific policies.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or access.
+ Monitor entrances, exits, and other critical areas to help to deter security-related risks within the commercial real estate location.
+ Document observations, incidents, and/or occurrences as required by site procedures and Allied Universal guidelines.
+ Support emergency response activities as needed, including assisting with evacuations and providing directions to emergency personnel.
+ Maintain high visibility throughout the location to help to deter potential issues and provide a reassuring presence.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
+ Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
