How you will enjoy your day: Maintain daily warehouse operations and provide support to the Retail Warehouse Supervisor

Work Performed :

1. General clerical support for Retail Manager, Retail Director and retail shops
2. Maintain knowledge of merchandise
3. Accurately execute tasks meant to maintain inventory integrity, including receiving, tagging, and delivery of merchandise to appropriate outlet
4. Accurately handle Retail Department web sales
5. Understand charging of merchandise in the point of sale system
6. Accurately handle cash procedures
7. Maintain file system for all shipping and receiving
8. Retail and office supply ordering in conjunction with the Warehouse Supervisor
9. Maintain warehouse equipment in conjunction with retail management
10. Actively assist the Warehouse Supervisor with the oversight of the needs of the retail warehouse and stores
11. Work as Sales Associate in the event the store is short staffed
12. Provide data entry, filing and support for Retail Department
13. Keep Warehouse properly supplied and running efficiently
14. Ensure stores are opened, staffed and well stocked daily
15. Work as Sales Associate in the event the store is short staffed
16. Maintain proficiency at Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Visual One
17. Other duties as assigned

Supervision Received : Retail Warehouse Supervisor

Minimum Requirements :

High school education or equivalent. Prior retail experience preferred. Must have strong organizational skills, excellent written, verbal and computer skills and be able to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with ease. Proficient at Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Visual One.
