Workforce Planning Manager
Keller is actively seeking a highly skilled Workforce Planning Manager to lead and optimize workforce planning processes ensuring that the organization has the right talent, in the right place, at the right time to achieve its strategic objectives. This role is pivotal in bridging business needs with talent acquisition and management strategies through comprehensive data analysis and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and execute workforce planning strategies aligned with business goals and resource requirements.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to forecast workforce needs based on business plans and changing market conditions.
- Analyze workforce data, trends, and metrics to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities.
- Manage workforce planning tools and systems ensuring data accuracy and effectiveness.
- Provide reports, insights, and recommendations to inform talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies.
- Lead workforce scenario modeling to prepare for fluctuating demands and business continuity planning.
- Support budgeting and financial forecasting through alignment of workforce costs with operational plans.
- Implement best practices to continuously improve workforce planning processes.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication and cooperation to ensure seamless workforce planning execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Analytics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in workforce planning, talent management, or human resources analytics.
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills with proficiency in workforce planning software and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of labor market trends and workforce analytics methodologies.
- Ability to think strategically and provide actionable insights.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
