We are looking for a 2+ year Civil Litigation Attorney to join a highly regarded law firm in Central Scottsdale, Arizona. This role requires a candidate with a strong background in civil litigation, including motion practice, discovery processes, depositions, and court hearings. Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse motion practice, ensuring timely and accurate filings.

• Conduct comprehensive discovery procedures, including drafting and responding to interrogatories and requests for production.

• Attend and lead depositions, court hearings, and other legal proceedings.

• Develop and deliver compelling legal arguments during trial preparation and courtroom appearances.

• Collaborate with clients and legal teams to strategize case approaches and solutions.

• Maintain clear and organized documentation using case management and document management software.

• Draft detailed briefs, motions, and other legal documents to support case strategies.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal standards and regulatory requirements.

• Stay updated on changes in civil litigation laws and practices to provide informed legal counsel.

• Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing insights and providing mentorship when necessary.

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.

• Active membership with the Arizona State Bar.

• Minimum of two years of hands-on experience in civil litigation.

• Proficiency in case management and document management software.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of work efficiently.

• Excellent legal research and writing skills, with attention to detail.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with clients and team members.

• Ability to work both independently and in a hybrid work environment.
