CNC Press Brake Operator
- Work quickly, productively, and safely without error and consistently meet production goals as set forth by the Foreman, Superintendent, or Project Manager
- Consistently produce quality workmanship as judged by Company standards
- Comply with all company safety and personnel policies
- Set up and operate press brake machines for various metal fabrication tasks
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications and tolerances
- Perform quality inspections on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications
- Fabricate metal components by bending, shaping, and forming materials as required
- Utilize basic math skills to calculate dimensions, angles, and tolerances
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and meet production deadlines
- Conduct routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Assist in troubleshooting issues with machinery or production processes as they arise.
- Uphold safety as the most important goal of our company.
- Support our goal of achieving zero accidents
- Proven experience operating CNC press brake machines is preferred
- Knowledge of programming CNC press brake is preferred
- Strong ability in blueprint reading and understanding technical drawings
- Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations
- Knowledge of machining processes, including welding, electrical discharge machining, stamping press, and milling machine operations is a plus
- Attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality work
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to climb, bend, stoop, kneel, lift overhead, work at heights, walk/work in rough terrain in order to access equipment, tools, materials, and jobsite in order to complete work.
