Production Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager for a direct hire, in-person opportunity in Phoenix, AZ within an electronics, components, semiconductor, and battery energy storage manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on operations leader who can manage daily production, strengthen processes, develop teams, and support efficient delivery in a fast-paced technical manufacturing setting. The Production Manager will oversee production planning, workforce performance, quality standards, resource allocation, and continuous improvement initiatives for a BESS integration facility. This is a strong opportunity for a manufacturing leader who enjoys building capable teams, improving operational systems, and working closely with supportive leadership across production, procurement, logistics, sales, and general management. Key Responsibilities - Lead daily production operations, including planning, scheduling, workflow coordination, staffing, and performance management.- Develop and implement production schedules that meet customer demand while controlling costs, minimizing waste, and supporting on-time delivery.
- Supervise, train, and develop production staff, leads, and supervisors to support safety, quality, productivity, and accountability.
- Monitor production data, ERP/MES activity, inventory levels, quality metrics, and budget performance to support data-driven decisions.
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement cost-effective improvements, including new production techniques, tools, and technologies.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, sales, quality, and leadership teams to align production goals with customer and business requirements. Compensation and Benefits - Salary: $110,000 to $130,000 annually.

- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with weekends and overtime as needed to support a 24/7 operation. Required Qualifications and Skills
- Lead production operations and provide strategic direction for manufacturing teams.- Manage production schedules, personnel training, and operational priorities.
- Oversee process design, process analysis, and production process management.
- Support internal communication, inventory control, and customer-related production requirements. - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in production operations or process management.
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role within manufacturing or production operations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with ERP and MES systems.
- Knowledge of inventory control, electronics manufacturing, process design, process analysis, and customer relationship management.
- Strong communication skills, work ethic, follow-through, and proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and support production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in battery production or electrical/electronic production process management.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of global business environments and cross-border collaboration.
- Familiarity with Korean culture.
- Ability to communicate in Korean is preferred.
