Critical Care Nocturnist - Banner Desert Medical Center in Mesa, AZ

Banner Health has an excellent opportunity for a Critical Care Nocturnist to join a growing collegial employed group, providing excellent patient care in our co-managed Critical Care Unit at Banner Desert Medical Center.

Qualifications Required:

Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in one of the following combinations:

1. Internal Medicine/Emergency Medicine AND Critical Care Medicine, OR
2. Internal Medicine AND Critical Care/Pulmonary Medicine

Preferred (but not required):

1. Board Certification/Board Eligibility in Neurocritical Care

ENLS Certification Required

What you can expect:

1. Critical Care Opportunity- No Outpatient or Pulmonary
2. 12-12-hour shifts per month
3. Night shift 7pm-7am in-house
4. Flexible block scheduling
5. 8-12 Admits per shift
6. Cross cover support provided by eICU team
7. The hospital boasts 48 MICU beds, 20 Trauma/Neuro ICU beds and 7 CVICU beds
