Key Responsibilities:

Provide Exceptional Service: Take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure guests have an outstanding dining experience. Be attentive, personable, and professional at all times.

Communication: Clearly and effectively communicate with guests to meet their needs, answer questions, and recommend menu items.

Team Player: Work well with others and contribute to the team dynamic while also being able to handle solo shifts when needed.

Fast-Paced Environment: Handle multiple tables and requests efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.

Memorable Experience: Go above and beyond to create an exceptional dining experience for every guest.

Bar Duties: Make and serve drinks when needed, ensuring accurate and timely preparation.

Food and Drink Knowledge: Be knowledgeable about the menu and daily specials to answer questions and make recommendations.

Use POS System: Accurately input orders into the POS system, handle payments, and utilize handheld devices for orders and transactions.

Cleanliness: Ensure that your work area is tidy, organized, and cleaned to the highest standards. Pay attention to the details and help maintain the overall cleanliness of the restaurant.

Drink Service: Carry drinks on a tray with ease and serve drinks and food in a safe and efficient manner.

Qualifications:

Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a server, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Skills: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Customer Service: A passion for providing excellent customer service and a positive, approachable demeanor.

Critical Thinking: Ability to problem-solve on the spot and remain calm under pressure.

Reliability: Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with guests, coworkers, and management in a positive and professional manner.

Tech Savvy: Comfortable using POS and handheld systems.

Physical Requirements: Ability to carry trays of drinks, walk/stand for extended periods, and lift heavy objects as needed.
