Staff Accountant POST NUMBER: 472931

Vaco Arizona has partnered with a growing company that’s looking to add a Staff Accountant to their team. This role is ideal for someone with strong full-cycle accounting experience who wants to be hands-on and help improve processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare journal entries, perform account reconciliations, and assist with month-end close processes
  • Maintain and analyze general ledger activity to ensure accuracy
  • Prepare financial statements in accordance with accounting standards
  • Work with other departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate reporting
  • Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and efficiency
  • Assist with audits and provide general accounting support as needed
Requirements:
  • 3 years of full-cycle accounting experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
