Job Responsibilities:

· Manage day-to-day accounts payable activities, including invoice review, coding, payment processing, vendor communication, and discrepancy resolution while maintaining accurate financial records and supporting documentation

· Coordinate accounts receivable functions by generating customer billing, posting payments, monitoring account activity, and following up on outstanding balances and payment-related inquiries

· Research and resolve vendor and customer account discrepancies, partnering with internal departments to address billing issues, short payments, credits, and account adjustments in a timely manner

· Support account reconciliations and subsidiary ledger balancing to ensure accuracy across accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger records

· Assist with month-end close and audit preparation by compiling financial documentation, validating transactions, and maintaining compliance with internal accounting policies and reporting standards

· Contribute to ongoing process improvements by maintaining organized records, supporting workflow efficiencies, and assisting with financial and operational reporting needs

Requirements:

·Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

· Advanced Microsoft Excel experience (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS)
