Job Summary
We are seeking a full-time Pain Management Physician to join a growing, high-volume outpatient practice in Phoenix. This role offers strong earning potential, a well-established patient base, and access to modern procedural facilities.
The ideal candidate will have experience in interventional pain management and be comfortable performing a variety of spine and pain-related procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients with acute and chronic pain conditions
Perform interventional procedures such as epidural injections, nerve blocks, and joint injections
Develop individualized treatment plans focused on pain reduction and functional improvement
Prescribe and manage medications as appropriate
Utilize imaging guidance for procedures when required
Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physical therapy and rehabilitation
Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Management, Anesthesiology, PM&R, or related specialty
Active Arizona medical license or eligibility to obtain
Fellowship training in Pain Management preferred
Strong procedural and diagnostic skills
Ability to manage high patient volumes efficiently
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in interventional pain procedures
Familiarity with fluoroscopy-guided techniques
Strong patient communication and care coordination skills
