The Role: Assistant Manager

We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Manager to join our Scottsdale team. Reporting directly to the Venue General Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting exceptional guest experiences, supporting team members, and helping us set a new standard in immersive entertainment.

What You’ll Do:

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll wear many hats to keep the magic alive.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Venue General Manager in daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient venue management.
• Leading by example to deliver top-notch customer service that leaves guests raving about their experience.
• Supervising and motivating team members to maintain high energy and enthusiasm.
• Assisting with scheduling, training, and performance management to keep the team running like a well-oiled machine.
• Ensuring the venue is clean, organized, and ready to wow guests at all times.
• Jumping in to solve challenges and ensure every guest leaves with a smile.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re searching for someone who’s passionate about creating memorable experiences and thrives on a providing an immersive entertainment experience for the guests in a team-oriented environment.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or management position, preferably in customer service, hospitality, or entertainment.
• A love of puzzles and games
• A knack for problem-solving and staying cool under pressure.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to inspire and guide your team.
• A flexible and adaptable mindset – no two days are the same at Escapology!
• A genuine love for creating fun, engaging, and unforgettable moments for our guests.
