Call Center Agent

Are you a seasoned call center professional with a knack for problem-solving and a passion for helping others? Our client is seeking dedicated, high-energy individuals to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to provide essential support to the community while enjoying the flexibility of a fully remote work environment (must reside in Phoenix, AZ. Training may be onsite) This role also prefers Spanish speaking, but is not required!

salary: $19.99 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

? Answering incoming phone calls in a fast paced environment
? Resolving Tier 1 level issues
? Reviewing taxpayer accounts
? Verifying, gathering and simultaneously updating key information
? Educating taxpayers of online resources and current tax policies
? Submitting requests for payment arrangements
? Documenting actions taken into multiple systems
? Participating in all team engagement activities
? Meeting performance expectations
