Internal Medicine Physician – Full Time
Location: Surprise, AZ
Full-time Internal Medicine Physician opportunity in a mission-driven outpatient primary care setting
Adult-only patient population
Collaborative multidisciplinary environment focused on accessible, patient-centered care
Manage preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute adult conditions
$210,000 – $250,000 annually DOE
Medical, dental, and vision insurance

Malpractice coverage included
Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine
Active Arizona medical license
Comfortable treating adult patients only
Strong chronic disease management experience
EMR/documentation proficiency required
