Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Tax Preparers. This role offers the flexibility to work in-office or virtually from home, serving a diverse range of clients. Whether you’re an experienced preparer or brand new to the industry, LegacyBridge provides live and online training, mentorship, and state-of-the-art tax software to help you succeed.

Training begins October 11, 2025 , so now is the perfect time to start your journey with us.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and file accurate individual and small business tax returns .

• Review clients’ financial records, income statements, and other documents.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.

• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive client information.

• Provide excellent customer service by answering tax-related questions and guiding clients through the process.

• Offer additional financial solutions such as business loans, insurance, and estate planning where appropriate.

• Utilize company-provided software and secure online portals for virtual client interactions.

• Meet productivity and accuracy standards to maximize commission earnings.

Qualifications

• Prior tax preparation experience preferred, but not required – training provided.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients.

• Comfort working independently in a virtual or office setting.

• Proficiency with computers; experience with tax preparation software a plus.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced education or tax certification a plus.
