Position: RN-Telemetry (Travel/Contract)

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patients' cardiac rhythms and vital signs.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

• Participate in continuous professional development and training sessions.

• Utilize telemetry equipment to track and report patient data.

• Maintain a high level of visibility and accountability in work activities.

• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.

• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.

• Adapt to changing patient needs and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.

• Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-discharge care.

• Contribute to team meetings and share insights for improving patient care.

Experience/Qualifications

• Proficiency in telemetry equipment and cardiac rhythm monitoring.

• Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
