What You're Walking Into

Kaizen Collision Center is looking for an experienced Collision Estimator to join our Flagstaff team.

• Steady work from Flagstaff, Doney Park, Timberline-Fernwood, Kachina Village, Mountainaire, Williams, and Northern Arizona communities
• Consistent insurance and customer-pay volume throughout the year
• Production-focused environment — not chaos
• Techs trust the estimates because they make sense
• Management supports production and removes roadblocks
• You won't spend your day cleaning up bad promises
