Job Summary

The Retention Support specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will work directly with clients to manage inquiries and resolve issues, while employing effective retention strategies. Day-to-Day Duties

• Provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests professionally and promptly.
• Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and create proactive retention initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer experience.
• Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and proactively prevent churn.
• Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members to ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Stay abreast of industry developments and propose innovative solutions to enhance retention efforts.

Must-Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent; a relevant degree is advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
• Detail-oriented and adept at problem-solving.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment and adapt to new technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Nice-to-Haves

• Previous experience in a customer support or retention role, ideally within the FinTech sector.
• Familiarity with data analysis and customer insights.
• Knowledge of credit processing and Initial Coin Offerings (ICOs) is a plus.
