- Receive jobs and schedule them, confirm all appointments, resolve any scheduling conflicts in professional and courteous manner
- Prioritize and coordinate the scheduling of services in the most efficient manner
- Coordinate delays in schedule with customers and service technicians
- Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
- Minimum two years admin experience
- Knowledge of area and strong verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
- Positive Attitude, having a calm demeanor in fast pace situations
- Team player who can work independently
