**About the role** As a Chief SAP ISU Testing Architect, you will make an impact by designing and implementing SAP IS-Utilities solutions ensuring seamless integration and functionality. You will be a valued member of the SAP ISU team and work collaboratively with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and project managers. **In this role, you will:** + Lead the design and implementation of SAP IS-Utilities solutions to meet business requirements in the energy and Utilities domains. + Oversee the testing and defect management processes to ensure high-quality deliverables and system performance. + Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional specifications and technical solutions. + Provide expert guidance on SAP ISU manual testing to ensure comprehensive test coverage and defect identification. + Manage the integration of SAP IS-Utilities with other systems to ensure seamless data flow and process efficiency. **Work model** Remote with travel - from the United States only **What you need to have to be considered** + Extensive experience in SAP IS-Utilities testing and manual testing methodologies. + Strong expertise in test and defect management processes and tools. + Proficiency in stakeholder management and effective communication skills. + Deep understanding of the energy trading and engineering & construction domains. + Minimum of 16 years of relevant experience in the field. **These will help you stand out** + SAP Certified Application Associate - Utilities with SAP ERP. + Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement. + Experience in conducting workshops and training sessions. + Ability to monitor industry trends and recommend innovative solutions. + Experience in managing hybrid work models and team collaboration. **Salary and Other Compensation** The annual salary for this position is between $219,000 - $257,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
