Requirements:

• Active Arizona Massage Therapy License (LMT) .

• 1+ years of therapeutic or medical massage experience (PI / WC experience a plus).

• Professional, reliable, and passionate about helping patients recover.

• Strong communication and documentation skills.

• Ability to travel within the Phoenix/Valley area.
