**Senior Software Engineering Lead** **About the role:** As a Senior Software Engineering Lead, you will make an impact by designing developing and maintaining software applications using Spring Boot Microservices Spring Core REST Web Services Core Java and PL/SQL. You will be a valued member of our team and work collaboratively with managers, primary team, or other stakeholders and teams. **In this role, you will:** + Lead the design and development of scalable applications using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture. + Oversee the integration of REST Web Services to ensure seamless communication between systems. + Provide technical expertise in Core Java to enhance application performance and reliability. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. + Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices throughout the development lifecycle. + Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner. + Mentor and guide junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. + Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency across projects. + Develop and maintain PL/SQL scripts to support database operations and reporting. + Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new features and enhancements. + Implement automated testing frameworks to ensure robust and error-free software delivery. + Optimize application performance through profiling and tuning techniques. + Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation. **Work model: Austin, TX.
