Step into a dynamic, full-time contract position supporting students and teachers as both a Paraprofessional and ARD Facilitator in a collaborative educational environment near Scottsdale, AZ. Your expertise will foster successful outcomes for students, while providing critical guidance and support throughout the IEP and evaluation process.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Special Education Teaching License or Certificate for the state of Arizona
• Current IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card required
• Prior experience in school settings as a paraprofessional or ARD facilitator is highly valued
• Strong understanding of the compliance, development, and implementation of IEPs
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, adept at working with multidisciplinary teams, administrators, and families
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate curriculum and facilitate staff training

Primary Responsibilities:

• Guide the creation, execution, and review of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to ensure compliance and meet each student’s unique needs
• Oversee all aspects of the referral and evaluation process, administer placement reviews, and document progress
• Foster strong communication between staff, families, and administration to enhance student services and support learning goals
• Lead and participate in staff development workshops, providing training and resources for colleagues across disciplines
• Serve as a resource for compliance questions, instructional strategies, and parent engagement
