Your Role as a Dispatcher

Responsibilities

As a Dispatcher , you’ll be responsible for efficiently coordinating and deploying technicians while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Dispatching and deploying technicians promptly to meet customer needs.
• Ensuring response times align with company standards and maintenance agreements.
• Attending ongoing training to stay updated on company services and offerings.
• Partnering with service, sales, and operations teams to schedule and reschedule jobs as needed.
• Managing material and equipment ordering.
• Tracking technician locations and updating customers on estimated arrival times.
• Reviewing, verifying, and confirming service calls 24 hours in advance.
• Ensuring the call center has booked calls correctly before dispatching technicians.
• Selling and renewing service agreements.
• Assisting in compliance management for technician documentation.
• Building and scheduling projects efficiently.
• Maintaining clear and accurate communication between technicians, customers, and internal teams.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving skills and ability to manage technician schedules effectively
• Basic knowledge of HVAC and plumbing services (preferred but not required)
• Experience with dispatching software such as Service Titan (preferred)
• Availability to work 10:30am - 7:00pm shift, Monday to Friday.

Physical Requirements

This position requires prolonged periods of sitting, speaking on the phone, and working on a computer. You must be able to read, write, listen, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
