**Job Summary:**
The Superintendent will oversee the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role involves managing subcontractors, scheduling, quality control, and maintaining strong communication with all stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure.
- OSHA certification is preferred. **Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate and manage all construction activities on site.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Review and interpret project plans and specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Create and maintain project schedules.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure work quality and progress.
- Address any issues or delays promptly to keep projects on track.
- Prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders.
- Manage budget and expenses for each project.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment for the construction team.
