Warehouse Administrator

Job Summary:
- The Warehouse Administrator will provide high-level administrative support to warehouse and regional leadership. The ideal candidate will be an energetic, self-motivated professional who is comfortable interacting with leadership.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- None
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provides high-level administrative support and assistance.
- Develops detailed understanding of the needs of the business to act as a liaison between leadership and operations.
- Coordinates temporary workers.
- Coordinates internal resources and vendors for the efficient execution of tasks/projects.
- Develops a detailed project plan to track tasks/progress.
- Serves as a point of contact for teams under the management of the Regional VP.
- Arranges travel and accommodations as needed.
- Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
- Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and scheduling routine/emergency maintenance.
- Performs additional duties as assigned by executives.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- At least four years of related experience required.
- Experience in logistics and supply chain solutions a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
