Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Dryer Vent Technician to join our growing home services company in North Phoenix. This hands-on role focuses on dryer vent cleaning, maintenance, repairs, and installations for residential and commercial customers.

No extensive industry experience is required we provide full training for the right candidate. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to solve problems independently while delivering excellent customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform residential and commercial dryer vent cleaning, maintenance, repair, and installation services throughout North Phoenix.
• Inspect dryer vent systems, identify issues, and recommend appropriate solutions or service upgrades to customers.
• Deliver excellent customer service by communicating clearly, professionally, and respectfully with clients.
• Complete job documentation accurately using tablet or phone-based field software.
• Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Troubleshoot airflow and venting problems and assist with rerouting systems when needed.
• Participate in ongoing training and continuously develop technical knowledge and service skills.
• Represent the company professionally while working independently and managing daily job responsibilities.

Training:
We will fully train you on everything specific to this role our equipment, cleaning and installation methods, customer service approach, and field software.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand tools and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to work well as part of a team in a growing company environment.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment safely.
• Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, on roofs, and in outdoor conditions.
• Comfortable using simple tablet- or phone-based technology for job documentation and communication.

Compensation:
Our technicians are compensated through a performance-based pay structure designed to reward quality work, efficiency, and professionalism. Successful technicians typically earn the equivalent of $40$60+ per hour through a combination of job based commissions, performance incentives, and customer tips. Earnings increase as technicians gain experience, improve efficiency, and develop their customer inspection and communication skills.

How Compensation Works:

• Commission on completed jobs You earn on every job you complete. Residential appointments are scheduled and sold by our office and field team, allowing you to focus on delivering great service and quality workmanship.
• Commission on additional work identified on-site During inspections, you may identify issues such as improper vent routing, damaged components, restricted airflow, or code-related concerns. When customers choose recommended repairs or upgrades, you earn additional commission on that work.

This is not a high-pressure sales role. We believe in educating customers, documenting issues honestly, and recommending solutions that genuinely improve safety and performance.
