SALES ASSOCIATE/SALES SPECIALIST

We are a leading company in the upholstery industry, specializing in providing high-quality fabrics and products to Tier 2 and Tier 3 customers across the US and Canada. As a Sales Associate in our Upholstery Division, you will play a key role in managing the full sales cycle, from product presentations to lead generation and customer follow-ups. Key Responsibilities:

Grow and maintain products using company and Love Home Fabrics offerings on a seasonal and annual basis.
Regularly communicate with customers to understand their current and future usage of upholstery fabrics.
Monitor customer preferences, needs, and market trends to develop effective sales strategies.
Coordinate design efforts with key Tier 2 customers on new product developments.
Manage and grow the product portfolio in the designated region.
Monitor and manage expenses to support territory growth.
Collaborate with regional sales associates to achieve high-performance team goals.
Keep the sales team informed with market data and information.
Plan and execute strategic and tactical plans to achieve sales objectives.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of B2B Sales and/or Marketing of retail or specialty products.
Preferred industry experience with direct interaction in furniture, decorative home goods, luxury products, specialty fabrics, or similar consumer goods.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Textiles, or related field or equivalent education and related training.
