This position requires knowledge of dental, oral surgery and orthodontic terminology and coding, excellent time-management, ability to prioritize tasks, strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills. You will be responsible for, insurance eligibility, maintaining current insurance practices, requirements, and forms; verifying claims are going out clean and proper reimbursement is received for services provided; processing and following up on insurance claims and pre-authorizations; and documenting and coding information and interpreting records: processing payments and following up on AR.
