We’re hiring an Occupational Therapist who wants flexible scheduling, autonomy in their day, and a clear path toward leadership growth.
You’ll step into a home health role focused on patient-centered care, collaboration, and independence. This is a full-time opportunity with no mandatory call, no required weekends, and optional leadership development for therapists who want to grow into management.
You’ll practice in Phoenix, Arizona, with access to desert trails, year-round sunshine, vibrant culture, and a cost of living that remains competitive for a major metro area.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $108,000 to $115,000
