$1,000 Sign-On Bonus - payable after 90 days of employment in $100 weekly installments.

This position earns a competitive incentive-based wage of $15 - $25 per hour based on the number of materials installed. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BATTING INSULATION INSTALLER

As a Batting Insulation Installer, you create a barrier of comfort between living space and the outside elements. Each day, you receive your work orders, load the necessary equipment, and travel to the job site. Ensuring an efficient day of work, you prepare for the installation by setting up the needed equipment and clearing the site of any objects that could get in the way. Safety is your top priority and you are committed to protecting yourself and everyone around you.

You perform air infiltration detailing, then hand install insulation using the envelope theory. To ensure high-quality work, you install caulk, foam, stops, chutes, and blockers where needed. To finish your work, you clean the job site and return all equipment to the truck in an organized manner. Throughout your day, you enjoy communicating with your team members and other tradesmen. You feel great about the work you do to keep people warm in their homes and other buildings!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to pass a pulmonary and respiratory physical
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English
• Minimum 1 year of related experience related experience
• Knowledge about construction and insulation blowing machines would be a plus
• A high school diploma or equivalent, but not required

WORK SCHEDULE

This full-time insulation installation position typically works a range of 40-55 hours per week .
