Job title: Technical Project Coordinator – API & File-Based Systems

Location – Phoenix, AZ 85054 & Charlotte NC (Day 1 onsite)

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with a strong testing background to support and coordinate backend, data ‑ driven onboarding systems within a banking and regulatory environment.

This is NOT a UI or frontend testing role. The work is heavily focused on file validation, API integrations, backend workflows, and cross ‑ team coordination.

The role requires someone who is hands ‑ on with manual testing, comfortable validating data and processes, and confident coordinating with multiple technical and business teams under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

· Technical & Testing Responsibilities

· Perform data testing, process testing, and integration testing across backend systems

· Validate file ‑ based onboarding flows, including:

· File format, structure, column placement, naming conventions

· Data accuracy and completeness within files

· File delivery timing and batch processing behavior

· Test API integrations, including:

· Request/response payload validation

· Connectivity between upstream and downstream systems

· Error handling and response accuracy

· Execute end ‑ to ‑ end onboarding flow testing across multiple systems

· Support system readiness, production validation, and troubleshooting

Coordination & Delivery (Major Focus)

· Act as a primary coordination point across multiple teams and systems

· Investigate issues, identify root causes, and drive fixes with owning teams

· Communicate clearly with technical, functional, and business stakeholders

· Manage dependencies, testing timelines, and readiness checkpoints

· Ensure systems run smoothly in a high ‑ pressure, regulated environment

Systems & Environment Exposure

You will work with multiple backend systems such as:

· File Downloader & File Encrypt systems

· Batch Queue & processing applications

· API ‑ based integration layers

· Bridger (Sanctions Screening / Compliance platform)

· Internal onboarding and processing applications
