Job Title: Bilingual Recruiter (Electrical Construction & Mission Critical)

About Our Client:
Addison Group is partnering with our client, a fast-growing company in the electrical construction and mission critical space, to find a Bilingual Recruiter. This is a high-impact, onsite role in Tempe, AZ, designed for a results-driven recruiting professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and can support large-scale hiring initiatives across technical, craft, and leadership roles.
Job Description:
The Bilingual Recruiter will act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, driving full-cycle recruitment strategies for high-volume technical and construction roles. This individual will leverage their industry expertise to source top-tier candidates, ensure compliance and integrity throughout the hiring process, and build lasting relationships with both candidates and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring leaders to assess workforce needs and develop targeted recruiting strategies
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates across construction, industrial, and mission critical roles
- Manage high-volume recruitment efforts without compromising candidate quality
- Write and distribute engaging, role-specific job postings to maximize candidate reach
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information within the ATS
- Build strong candidate relationships, ensuring transparent and timely communication
- Coordinate interviews, prepare supporting materials, and guide candidates through the hiring process
- Represent the organization at job fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities
- Support onboarding activities to promote smooth new hire integration
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required), with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
- At least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in electrical construction or mission critical industries
- Experience hiring electricians, foremen, superintendents, project leaders, and technical professionals
- Proven success in managing high-volume recruitment campaigns
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with candidates and stakeholders
- Must be based in Tempe, AZ or willing to relocate (no relocation assistance provided)

This is a full-time, onsite position located in Tempe, AZ. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
