Job Title: Escrow

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Duration: 3 months; Temp-to-perm

Pay Range: $19.14/hr (W2)

Job Description

We are seeking an Escrow Support Processor to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have experience in escrow procedures and document processing and a proven ability to process high-volume escrow files accurately in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform centralized clerical processing for initiation and closing of residential escrows.
• Set up, document, and process escrow files in compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Review and validate escrow documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Operate within a fast-paced, production-focused workflow and meet volume and quality targets.
• Maintain behind-the-scenes processing without direct communication with branches, customers, agents, or lenders.
• Support peak closing periods and month-end cycles; work overtime as required by business needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in document processing.
• Flexibility to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven setting.
• Self-motivation and sound decision making in a production role.
• Ability to follow escrow procedures; awareness of regulations governing the escrow process preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Skills:

• 1–2 years of escrow processing experience.
• Knowledge of residential escrow documentation and workflows.
