The Quality Control Food Manufacturing role supports small batch production by ensuring that all food products meet established quality and safety standards. This position involves inspecting products, verifying compliance, and maintaining thorough documentation to uphold the highest levels of quality throughout the manufacturing process.
Responsibilities
- Perform product inspections to ensure quality and consistency
- Verify compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements
- Document quality control activities and findings accurately
- Conduct safety audits to identify and address potential hazards
- Enforce quality standards throughout the production process
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in food manufacturing quality control
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of HACCP principles
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective problem-solving skills
