What You Will Bring
Responsible for initial patient intake including checking vital signs, establishing reason for visit, and ensuring patient information/notes are accurate.
Working with insurance companies obtaining referrals, prior authorizations, etc.
Assisting with medical treatments and procedures as needed
Following up with patients on test results, post procedure instructions, etc.
Ordering and managing office/clinical supplies.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Certification from an accredited Medical Assistant preferred.
Experience with EMR preferred.
Able to work on your feet for extended periods of time.
