Golang Technical Lead - Locals to AZ

In this role, you will play a key part in overseeing and coordinating the technical aspects of our Golang projects. You will collaborate with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. Your expertise in Golang programming, along with your ability to lead and mentor a team, will be crucial in driving the success of our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Golang developers, providing guidance and support throughout the development process

• Participate in the analysis, design, and implementation of software applications using Golang

• Collaborate with project managers, product owners, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and scope

• Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards

• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability

• Identify and resolve technical issues and roadblocks, escalating when necessary

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Golang development and share knowledge with the team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

• Demonstrated experience as a Golang developer, with a strong understanding of the Golang ecosystem and best practices

• Proven leadership or management experience, preferably in an Agile development environment

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

• Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization technologies such as Docker

• Familiarity with popular Golang frameworks and libraries, with the ability to select and integrate them effectively

• Proficiency in version control tools, specifically Git

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
