Acara Solutions is seeking a Program Manager to join our client based in Scottsdale AZ 85250, to drive business readiness and change management execution for a large Oracle Order Management transformation. This role is focused on execution, tracking deliverables, driving accountability, and ensuring business readiness for a successful ERP go-live.

About the Opportunity:

• Manage execution of business readiness and change management plans
• Track training, communications, and business deliverables through go-live
• Maintain project plans, owners, milestones, risks, and dependencies
• Drive follow-up, resolve blockers, and escalate risks
• Coordinate business readiness, training completion, and stakeholder preparedness
• Provide status reporting, RAID tracking, and leadership updates
• Support go-live readiness and post-implementation hypercare

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• 5 years minimum experience with Program/Project Management experience supporting ERP, digital transformation, or enterprise business system implementations

What Sets You Apart:

• Oracle Fusion, Oracle ERP, or Oracle Order Management implementation experience
• Business-side Program/Project Manager supporting ERP implementations
• Experience leading business readiness, organizational change management, training, go-live, and hypercare
• Background in semiconductor, manufacturing, supply chain, or customer operations
• Experience working with system integrators (e.g., Infosys, Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini) and global teams
