Job Summary

The Occupational Therapist (OT) evaluates patient abilities, creates individualized treatment plans, teaches adaptive strategies, and supports functional improvement for patients with physical, mental, or developmental challenges.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist license (state of practice)

• BLS certification (if required by facility)

• Venipuncture certification (if applicable)
