We are seeking a skilled eyebrow threading specialist to offer brow shaping services by appointment only. You will work next to our cosmetic injection suite and have the opportunity to benefit from foot traffic and client referrals. This is a commission-based position with compensation depending on experience and performance.
Responsibilities:
Provide precise eyebrow threading and shaping services tailored to individual client preferences
Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and professionalism at all times
Manage your own booking calendar (assistance provided)
Market your services through social media and cross-promotion
Educate clients on post-threading care and recommend complementary treatments
Maintain a clean, relaxing and welcoming treatment space
Qualifications:
1+ year experience in eyebrow threading (threading certification preferred)
Strong understanding of face symmetry and brow shaping techniques
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Self-motivated with a passion for beauty and aesthetics
Comfortable working independently and building your own clientele
Must have or be willing to obtain professional liability insurance
Compensation & Perks:
