Receptionist
Position Overview
We are seeking a friendly and dependable Receptionist to support daily front desk operations. The Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and callers. This role is responsible for greeting guests, managing incoming calls, supporting administrative tasks, and maintaining a professional front office environment.
Key Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming manner.

Answer and direct incoming phone calls appropriately.

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.

Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.

Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.

Support internal teams with general office and clerical tasks as needed.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office environment.

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office preferred).

Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience is a plus but not required.
