Your Mission

• Lead US business development efforts, turning opportunities into real partnerships and revenue

• Build, mentor, and inspire the US BD team

• Engage with top fabless IC design firms, OSATs, and foundries to showcase breakthrough technology

• Represent the company at industry events and conferences

• Collaborate with global HQ, reporting on strategy, pipeline, and wins

What You Bring

• Demonstrated expertise in business development within advanced packaging, driving growth and strategic partnerships.

• Deep understanding of IC design firms, foundries, and OSATs

• Proven ability to close multi-million-dollar deals

• Track record managing and growing BD teams

• Strong communication skills and is able to influence and inspire high-level stakeholders

• Willingness to travel 20–40% and work across global time zones

• Familiarity with CRM tools and disciplined pipeline management
