Roofing Service Foreman

American Roofing & Waterproofing is a proudly family-owned and operated company seeking an experienced Roofing Service Foreman with extensive multi-system knowledge and leadership ability.

We are looking for a seasoned professional who understands all phases of roofing and can lead crews, troubleshoot problems, and deliver high-quality workmanship across residential, commercial, and multi-family projects.

This is a leadership role for someone who takes ownership, maintains high standards, and wants long-term growth with a stable company.

Compensation

• $25–$35 per hour depending on experience

• Performance bonuses twice annually

• Advancement opportunities into higher leadership roles

Required Experience

• Minimum 7+ years of roofing or construction experience

• Experience in all phases of roofing, including:

  • Tile roofing

  • Shingle systems

  • Foam roofing

  • Metal roofing

  • Walk decks

• Strong understanding of repairs, service, and full system installations

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise roofing crews

• Diagnose and repair roofing issues across multiple systems

• Ensure all projects meet safety and quality standards

• Communicate professionally with customers

• Protect property and maintain clean, organized job sites

• Travel to job sites as required

• Train and mentor crew members

Requirements

• Valid Arizona driver’s license

• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work in Arizona weather conditions

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to read blueprints and job specifications

• Commitment to safety and professionalism
