Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and resolve technical issues across systems, applications, and platforms

• Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and end users to support product functionality and enhancements

• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities

• Assist in the creation of technical documentation, user guides, and process workflows

• Participate in system testing, validation, and post-deployment support

• Support reporting, dashboarding, and metric tracking efforts

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

Required:

• 1–3 years of experience in a technical analyst, IT support, or business analyst role

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills

• Working knowledge of SQL, Excel, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development processes

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• Experience supporting enterprise systems or SaaS platforms

• Exposure to cloud environments (e.g., AWS or Azure) and REST APIs

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field
