Position Overview
As an Appointment Setter, you'll be responsible for engaging prospective customers in designated territories, generating interest in our services, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.
Your ability to build rapport, communicate effectively, and create positive first impressions will play a critical role in the company's success.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with prospective customers in assigned territories
Educate individuals about available products and services
Identify customer needs and qualify opportunities
Schedule appointments for sales representatives
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Follow established scripts, processes, and sales strategies
Work closely with the sales team to maximize appointment quality
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
Represent Prime Partners professionally within the community
What We're Looking For
Preferred Qualifications
Previous sales experience is a plus
Customer service experience is beneficial
Door-to-door, retail, canvassing, or promotional experience is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and professional demeanor
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong work ethic and self-motivation
Goal-oriented and competitive mindset
Reliable transportation preferred
