What You'll Do

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners interested in improving their home's water quality.
• Conduct in-home water consultations and presentations.
• Educate homeowners on the benefits of water treatment and filtration systems.
• Recommend customized solutions based on the family's needs.
• Close sales and exceed performance goals.
• Build trust and create exceptional customer experiences.
• Generate referrals and repeat business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records and follow-up activities.

What We're Looking For

• Previous outside sales or in-home sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent closing and negotiation abilities
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working independently and managing your schedule
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed

Industry experience in home improvement, water treatment, solar, HVAC, roofing, windows, or in-home sales is a plus.

Compensation

Initial Compensation. During employee's first sixty (60) calendar days of engagement, employee shall receive the greater of: (a) Eight Hundred Dollars ($800.00) per week ; or (b) commission earned under the Company's then-current commission schedule. Employee shall not receive both amounts for the same pay period. Only the greater of the two amounts shall be paid.

Upon expiration of the initial sixty (60) calendar-day period, Employee's compensation shall consist solely of commissions earned under the Company's then-current commission schedule, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Company.
