Bilingual Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (Spanish) – Tempe, AZ
Join BGSF, a leading staffing firm specializing in property management, and take your maintenance career to the next level! We’re seeking a skilled, bilingual (Spanish) Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician to support a thriving multifamily community.
Pay: $25/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Assignment Type: Contract-to-Hire
Job Responsibilities
- Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs
- Ensure all work meets safety and compliance standards
- Respond to service requests promptly and professionally
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order
- Collaborate with property staff to ensure resident satisfaction
Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish) required
- Minimum 4 years of multifamily maintenance experience
- Must have own tools
- HVAC certification required
- EPA Type II or Universal certification required
