Administrative Assistant Position

$17.50 + an hour Depending On Experience Guaranteed 40-hour work week M - F

Medical, Dental and life insurance paid, plus vision, telehealth, and 401k is available.

This position is responsible for the clerical support to the CEO and Finance Director. This is a balance of duties including back up for bookkeeping and accounts receivable, filing, printing and copying, along overall staff support.

Success in the role is measured on:
The ability to communicate with various administrative staff throughout the day.
To prioritize staff requests and tasks.
To complete tasks as assigned in a quality manner and update staff on status.

Job Summary / Overview:
This position may do back up clerical support for the Operations, Bookkeeping, Human Resource,, Training and Claims departments.

Success in the role is measured on:

The ability to:

· Communicate with various administrative staff throughout the day.

· Prioritize CEO and staff requests and tasks.

· To complete tasks assigned in a quality manner and update staff on status.

· Maintain confidentiality for filing and other confidential information

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

· Routine clerical tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, maintaining files,

and supporting CEO.

· Printing and copying in preparation for training, and for other requests.
· completing tasks that allow CEO to focus on responsibilities; organizing meetings and drafting various essential documents

· Performing data entry and analysis

· General staff support for above-described departments as assigned.

Knowledge or Experience:

· Be familiar with filing practices including both alphabetical and numerical.

· Be familiar with common office machinery.

· Extensive experience with Microsoft Office and be able to learn other computer software.
Google Suites and QuickBooks knowledge a plus.

· Have attention to detail and organizational skills

Minimum Qualifications / Education / Certifications:

· A High School Diploma or GED.

· A valid Arizona Driver’s License.

· Passing a drug test

· Passing a Background

· Verified legal status to work in the United States.
