Duties/Responsibilities Plumbing QA/QC Technician:

• Responsible for quality control programs on projects
• Document job walks with project status photos
• Fosters relationships with General Contractors, Owners, and Stakeholders
• Ensures all safety and environmental policies are followed
• Ensures all work is installed per project scope and adheres to industry standards and codes
• Ensures field personnel have the appropriate tools and materials
• Evaluates construction methods and cost-effectiveness
• Regularly visits projects to assess performance, safety, progress, and quality
• Attends corporate project status meetings
• Confirms ADA regulations and code for installation

Software/Equipment Qualifications Plumbing QA/QC Technician:

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive)
• Proficient in Adobe PDF editor or similar
• Competence in operating a desktop computer/laptop and a cell phone/iPad
• Proficient in using ERP tools
• Familiarity with Bluebeam construction software is preferred
• Familiarity with Procore, Autodesk Build, FieldWire, etc., preferred

Required Skills/Abilities: Plumbing QA/QC Technician:

• Must be a licensed plumber
• Basic computer skills
• Must have current OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certificate (must obtain OSHA 10 Certificate within 90 days of hire)
• Basic Proficiency in English required. Candidates must have a basic understanding of English for safety purposes and to communicate with colleagues, vendors, and contractors on-site effectively. The ability to follow instructions and engage with the team is essential for success in this role.
